Are You Aware of Your Environment? When Ed McMurray came to the ranch for a guide school in 2006, no one (least of all him) had any idea of the impact he would leave on the ranch community. From fixing trucks and computers to installing satellite dishes at remote wilderness cabins, Ed has a solution to every problem. But Ed’s greatest impact is in his role as a mentor, enthusiastically passing on all his skills to anyone who is willing to learn. Through the Knowledge Transfer Program (KTP), Ed has shared tangible and intangible skills, from changing tires to the importance of self-reflection and everything in between.
